| Leonard currently has a Senior Technology Auditor position at Franklin Templeton Investments. He serves in Franklin’s internal audit department performing IT audits of its world-wide systems focusing mostly on security issues. Before Franklin Templeton, he spent seven years at California’s Bureau of State Audits where he provided IT audit support, data analysis, and some review of IT controls. Before working for the bureau, he and his wife Sarah owned a small trucking firm, which provided services throughout the western states. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of San Diego and a master's degree in digital security from Golden Gate University. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Leonard and Sarah live in Granite Bay, CA where Sarah works as a dental hygienist. They have two grown children, Jason, 27, who lives in Las Vegas, and Kristin, 25, who lives in Newport Beach. Leonard loves outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking, and he and Sarah love to spend time at the coast. |
