| Mr. Schmidt is a recent transplant to the assurance profession, having worked several years as a application architect and systems integrator. He joined the internal audit team at CalPERS in 2004, and later signed on to Intel's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort. Mr. Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento. |
