| David J. Blackburn moved to
California from Virginia in 1997 to work for Health Net. He is a technology
generalist with almost 20 years of diverse experiences in IT. His work has
carried him to strange and exotic foreign lands like Japan, China, Paraguay,
Panama, Venezuela and San Francisco. His work of late encompasses
vulnerability assessment, security management, AAA, network security
architecture, procedure writing, policy writing, risk analysis and security
auditing.
He moved to Peformance Technology Partners in 2008 to do application security assessments. David is a CISSP since July of 2002 and earned his Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering Technology in 1987. David is happily married to Rachel, and together they have two boys, Liam and John. David enjoys bonsai, archery, hunting and jokes, good or bad. He also works strenuously at finding ways to not be volunteered for computer things at church, but is only marginally successful. |
